We require that resumes received from us are held in the strictest confidence.
They are not to be re-distributed in any matter, database or other, except to a valid
employer, AFTER permission is given by the candidate. It is permissible to
retain the resume in an internal database accessible only by your firm.
We require that candidates NOT be solicited in any form or manner for business
opportunities or otherwise. It is also a requirement that you agree not to
add the candidates information to any mailing list without first obtaining
their permission.
